Terms of service

What you are buying

China Phrases provides prepared travel communication cards and task guidance for international visitors to China. The current collection contains 174 cards across 10 destinations. It is an independent digital tool: we do not sell attraction or transport tickets, make bookings, or provide live translation.

Prices and included destinations

A single-destination pack costs US$1.90. The collection of all 10 currently listed destinations costs US$4.90. Both are one-time purchases, with no subscription or recurring fee. Any applicable tax and the final amount are shown before payment.

Your purchase covers the destinations and current content listed for that pack at checkout. Future destinations are not included in the current offer. View the prices and pack scope before buying. Sales are not open yet; free cards remain available.

Delivery and restoring access

When checkout is enabled, Creem processes payment. Purchased content is unlocked in the web app after the server confirms payment. Opening a return page alone does not confirm a successful payment. View your purchase in My packs → Purchase history.

You may buy without creating an account. Save the recovery code shown after purchase to restore access on another device; it is provided in the app and is not automatically emailed. Optional email or Google sign-in can help manage linked orders. Treat recovery codes as private credentials. A purchase supports up to 3 active browser or device installations.

Using the tool

You receive access for your own personal travel use. You may display the phrases to people helping you. Do not resell, redistribute the collection, share recovery codes publicly, or interfere with other users or the service.

Save the offline copy while connected and check it before travelling. Payment, sign-in verification and purchase restoration require a connection. Browsers may clear stored data. Device pronunciation depends on an available Chinese voice; pre-recorded audio is not included in this release.

Accuracy and travel decisions

Prepared phrases cover specific situations and cannot interpret every response. Venue rules, routes and schedules can change. Confirm important details directly with the venue or service provider. The tool does not guarantee admission, reservations, refunds or travel outcomes and is not a substitute for emergency or professional assistance.

Refunds and consumer rights

See our refund policy for payment and delivery problems. For purchases processed by Creem, its buyer terms also apply. Nothing in these terms limits any mandatory consumer rights or remedies under applicable law.

Support and changes

Contact phrases@donthink.top for questions or order support. We aim to respond within 3 business days. Updates to these terms will be dated here. Changes will not retrospectively reduce the purchased destination scope or any rights that cannot lawfully be limited.
